AI Profile

Let's get started with the AI Profile - which includes your basic information, writing persona, color/branding and domain URL.

Persona Information

Login to the app > go to AI Profile > My Info
Setup your name, title, company logo, company name and description. This is crucial to ensure the AI model picks up your persona automatically during generations.

Colors & Fonts

Next let's setup your brand colors. This requires a little trial and experimentation to see what looks best!
Criya AI uses AI visual design to build assets with your brand colors programmed in. There are 4 sections to program in your primary, secondary and tertiary background colors as well as configure a gradient background.
You will then setup the accent color and content color to contrast well against the backgrounds.
Put in the hex codes, click SAVE and see how it looks in the preview! 

For fonts, we program a starter font. You can easily customize the font for each page, giving you full flexibility and control.

Domain URL

If you belong to the enterprise plan, your admin will configure a domain URL for you.

By default, every page you create is by default unpublished. When you're ready to publish a page, you can easily click publish on the page settings. You can control the visibility for the page right from the publish settings

Creating your first page

Now it's time to continue with the next steps to create and edit your pages. Usually there are 2 important concepts:
1. Sections
2. AI Generated Sections

Sections

Sections are the building blocks of the page. Sections come in a variety of formats such as a Text only block, Image + Text, a Grid of images & text.

Start by adding a new page (either a blank page or a template). Add a section from the menu. Hover over the section and you will see the EDIT drawer.

IMPORTANT:
These sections already come with a lot of intelligence on how to frame sentences, format the content to fit in the chosen section, visually ensure spacing, heights, alignment, colors and design principles are auto-supported.

So this means, you will never need to prompt the AI saying "Write 3 bullet points on...". It already knows!

You can easily play with these sections and add a whole bunch of them. You can simply click "Edit" to modify colors, add images, videos and more. You can use the image library and our icon library to easily populate content to look attractive and showcase a compelling message -with just 1 click.

It is extremely easy to simply move sections up and down, hide / show them. You can even copy sections from one page and paste them in another page.

AI Generated Sections

IMPORTANT: Note that the same input to AI Generate will be capable of generating 10 different outputs, simply based on the section chosen.

IMPORTANT: 
Firstly, note that these sections are programmed with visual design principles baked in. So it already knows how long sentences need to be, what sections expect bullet points vs which ones don't, and what is a headline vs what's a subtext etc. Do not add "formatting" information in the AI prompt such as "generate 5 bullet points to do ...". Straightaway start the prompt with "value proposition for ..."

Secondly, these sections are consuming your AI Profile information to generate the content. So ensure that is populated! However, if you want to instruct the AI to generate with a certain persona, audience and writing style - we will show you how to do so!

How to Prompt

Also than the main basic explanation we shared above, here we share a few tips and how-to's which are from the most common questions we receive.

Understanding the prompt UI

The prompt UI is really quite simple. It comprises of 2 parts:
1. Prompt Builder
2. Fine Tuning

Let's say you are working on a pitch deck, want to create a section (or a slide) on : "Problem Statement"

1. Firstly, select and add a section to add. Let's say we select "Grid".
2. Click  the EDIT button, and save the title as "Problem Statement".
3. Now hover and click on the "AI Generate" button, and it will open the prompt window as seen above.

"problem statement" slide, the AI model needs  clear instructions on exactly what "problem statement" you are writing about.

2. So in the  text box, enter something like "problems faced by sales leaders in the healthcare industry when building a pipeline"
or you can say something like "List the pain points, issues and challenges experienced by those who do not use your product. Write for an audience of Sales professionals in the healthcare industry "

Why is this important: This is extremely helpful information - as the AI doesn't need to "guess" what your problems are. By providing specific sentences as context, it will develop its output solely based on the inputs you have provided it. This ensures accuracy and prevents hallucinations.

2. Using the Knowledge Bank

You likely already have a lo of content you've created such as pitch decks, web sites, blog posts, google doc notes and such. You can now simply download them as PDFs, go to the AI Profile > AI Knowledge Bank > Upload the PDF > Click Upload and Train.

Within a few seconds, our AI model will have learnt from your uploaded content.
NOTE: It is most optimal if your content is text heavy vs images or graphs, as our AI model currently only read text.
Preferred formats are PDFs - can be from Notes, Google Docs, Web pages.

Once it is uploaded, any AI generation will display the list of sources it is consuming to create content. You likely have a lot of content already developed - your pitch decks, your websites, blogs etc.

Frequently Asked Questions

I don't see the AI Generate button on a few sections

90% of our sections support AI Generation. As we release newer sections, our engineering team is constantly developing the AI generation support for these and should be available within the next couple releases.

You can still edit any of these sections to take advantage of the entire platform.

Can I select which knowledge sources for AI Generate

As of now, the entire knowledge bank is utilized for AI generation. We recommend selecting curated pages that serve your needs instead of adding every website link and article, as this can make the output noisy.
